AniForm Core
AniForm Core is an implicit finite element solver for accurate and fast 3D simulations with anisotropic materials, such as fibre reinforced composites, woven fabrics and unidirectional pre-pregs. The core is a script based finite element code. AniForm PrePost enables you to set up a simulation and to view the simulation results. Also, the third party software GiD from CIMNE can be used for pre- and post-processing.

Hardware advice
Example A (excellent configuration):
1x Intel Xeon W-3265 Processor, 192GB ECC memory.
More about Intel Xeon W Processors can be found at the Intel website.
6x ECC Samsung M393A4K40CB2-CVF – Memory DDR4 - 32 GB - DIMM 288-PIN - 2933 MHz
Use ECC memory.
Use an SSD disk to store the data on for the running simulation(s).
Example B (good configuration):
1x Intel Xeon Gold 6144 Processor, 64GB ECC memory.
Processor selection determined by available budget, e.g. Intel Xeon Gold 6134 or 6136.
More about Intel Xeon Scalable Processors can be found at the Intel website.
Use an SSD disk to store the data on for the running simulation(s).
Use the ECC memory type.
Expand memory further to 128GB or 256GB when your budget allows.
